| SCOPE: The CONSULTANT shall, on a continuing basis, review, analyze and periodically report to the COUNTY on the County's toll revenue summaries and traffic reports routinely prepared by the COUNTY. In addition, the COUNTY may require the CONSULTANT to conduct traffic surveys, origins and destination studies, studies of toll rate structure, traffic forecasts and financial feasibility and/or bonding capacity studies of toll rate structure, traffic forecasts and financial feasibility and/or bonding capacity studies of potential facilities. Further, the CONSULTANT may be required to provide expert testimony in judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings regarding toll revenues and existing or proposed revenue producing facilities. |
