SCOPE: The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from interested parties to perform all field inspection, measurement, and testing where required, and collect all samples, including QA/QC blanks, conduct all laboratory analyses and associated QA/QC activities or, for those analytes the Proposer is not certified to perform, subcontract such analyses to a certified laboratory, document all field and laboratory activities, and prepare reports for submittal to the Lee County Solid Waste Division (LCSWD) all in accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Services, the National Environmental Laboratory Conference (NELAC) Standards, and other regulations, rules, guidelines, and/or standard operating procedures, including quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) methods for water quality sampling and analyses, and as outlined in the Scope of Work. |
