SCOPE OF WORK:   The Work includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the construction of the following new facilities:
1. Mitigation consisting of 59.14 Acres of wetland enhancement and 4.62 acres of wetland creation to meet the standard as set forth in the South Florida Water Management Districts Staff Report on Application No. 011130-16 and Permit No. 36-05574-P and ACOE application number and permit application.
2. Site preparation and construction including the following:
a. Clearing and grubbing of undeveloped site.
b. Stripping and filling of site with imported fill material.
c. Concrete weir structure construction.
d. Grading; and drainage.
e. Mitigation consisting of wetland restoration and enhancement
f. Private water and wastewater utility line relocation.
