SCOPE OF WORK: The Work under this Contract consists of removing accumulated sludge from Lagoon #3 at the Corkscrew WTP. The Contractor shall remove all lime sludge material from Sludge Lagoon #3 down to the original earthen pond bottom and side slopes. Work shall include restoration of disturbed banks and slopes by re-grading, compaction, and re-seeding of the berm slopes and banks.
