WELCOME TO CONTRACTOR LICENSING
To renew your Certificate of Competency you must: ü Pay your renewal fees. ü Have Current insurance information on file with the Contractor licensing department. ü Submit a copy of your current State Registration, if applicable. To pay renewal fees and view the current insurance information you have on file with the Contractor Licensing Department click here , and do one of the following: (Fees are not viewable until Aug. 11th)
If your insurance or state registration is not current you may send them via email to ContractorLicensing@leegov.com or fax to 239-485-5577. Something New!!!! – Receive renewal reminders by email!!!!! Send us an email to ContractorLicensing@leegov.com , include your company name and license number. You will also receive Lee County’s Community Development Newsletter to keep you up to date with current events.

Upon receipt of payment and insurance
validation you will receive your Certificate of Competency card by mail.
Note:
Late fees will be applied if
renewed after September 30.
If your Certificate of Competency is not renewed or placed in
Voluntary Inactive Status by
March 31, 2009, your Certificate expires. Expired Certificates require
re-filing and Construction Licensing Board Approval.

Inactive Status can be found below; you must pay the inactive fee and submit
this application to the Contractor Licensing Department.
