Conventional Rezoning Process
For the conventional rezoning process, an
applicant is required to submit:

Completed application, including sketch, legal
description and STRAP
number

Purpose of the rezoning
-
Name and address of property owners within 500
feet. (if less than 10 property owners then 750 feet)

Notarized authorization from property owner
and disclosure form, if necessary
-
A fee pursuant to the county fee schedule
-
Site plans
-
Traffic studies
-
An environmental evaluation (if necessary)
The processing time and fee is greater for a
conventional rezoning. The average time to complete the
conventional rezoning process is 11 weeks. For further
