Asset Management Program
Lee County Utilities (LCU) is committed to an asset management program that provides reliable service, protects the environment, and ensures regulatory compliance. We continue to build upon our long-term strategy focusing on financial sustainability, employing business practices to measure and mange risk, optimize life-cycle costs, and prioritize capital and operation and maintenance decisions.
Below is an update to LCU's Asset Management Program Update for Fiscal Year 2011-2012. The update includes the mission of the program, timelines, and how LCU identifies our most critical projects. Asset management allows LCU to ensure that our highest priority projects are planned for in the 10-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and to better manage risks and financing.
