On-Line Payments

  • Your on-line account is not set up to pay automatically each month.  You must log into your web account each month and initiate payment.
  • For instructions on establishing your On-Line Account and requesting paperless billing, click HERE.
  • You will not be able to create your web account until your first bill has been issued.
  • Once you establish your On-Line Account, you will receive monthly e-mail notifications informing you that your bill is ready to be viewed. (For future reference, your Username is your e-mail address.)
  • Please make sure that e-mail address has been white-listed so that your monthly notifications are not sent to your SPAM folder.  No matter what e-mail system you are using, you can do this by adding to your address book.
  • Your web account will only retain two (2) billing statements at one time.  As a result, we recommend that you save your billing statements to your computer or an external device each month.
  • You can make payments through your web account. Payments can be made using your checking account, savings account, Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express. 
  • All utilities payments made before 2pm (Eastern Time) on business days will be posted to your account the same day the payment is entered.  Payments posted on weekends will be posted to your account on the following Monday after 2:30pm.
  • All payments made after 2pm will be posted to your account on the next business day.
  • If you are making a payment on an account that is at risk of disconnection, please call customer service during normal business hours (between 8:00 am and 5:00pm) at 239-533-8845 to let us know you have made a payment on-line.  We will take preventive measures to ensure that your service is not interrupted.
  • If an account has been disconnected for non payment and payment is not received before 3:30pm, same day reconnection of service will not be available.
  • Bills must be paid monthly by the Reminder Notice due date to avoid late fees and disconnection of service due to non-payment. 
  • If you reset your password, please be sure to include the "L#" in front of the system generated password. 
  • Your web account portal is sponsored by Bill2Pay, an independent company under contract with Lee County Utilities.
