Temporary Disconnect Service Request
(aka Summer Disconnect Requests)
To temporarily disconnect service, please complete the information on the following page:
Temporary Disconnect/Reconnect Service Request
By temporarily disconnecting the water, you will avoid receiving a bill for high water consumption due to un-attended leaky toilets or hoses being left on while you are away from your home. It can also prevent damage to your home due to broken pipes.
NOTE:

While service is disconnected, you will NOT be billed the monthly base charges.

There is no fee to disconnect service but there is a fee to reconnect service. ($45.00 for regular business hours or $55.00 for evenings or weekends)

Please submit requests as far in advance as possible.

When you have determined the date you plan to return to your Lee County home, please submit a new request containing your turn on information.
