Disability:
A person with a 'disability' is an individual who:

Reasonable Modification:
Physical change to the unit in order for the person to enjoy the unit.
Reasonable Accommodation:
Make adjustments to the rules, polices and practices to allow people with disabilities to enjoy the benefits of the programs, as long as the adjustment is not unduly expensive or burdensome.
