Continuum of Care Fiscal Year 2011
Program/Project Description: The Continuum of Care grant is a nationwide competitive grant program for housing construction, housing rehabilitation, rental subsidies, supportive service programs, and database/technical assistance in support of providers/programs that serve the homeless. Lee County is the lead agency for the local Continuum of Care, and submits renewal applications for 11 existing programs on an annual basis. In this cycle, one new project was also submitted for funding.
