TO VOTE ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTFUNDED PROJECTS AS WELL AS A REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE FOR THE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY/ NEIGHBORHOOD DISTRICT COMMITTEE (CAA/NDC)
