NOTICE OF BARGAINING SESSION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 29th day of May 2013, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, 2nd Floor, East Room, Lee County Emergency Medical Services and the I.A.E.P. - Local 533 International Association of EMTs and Paramedics, will hold a bargaining session.
1. Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County. The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.
2. Interested persons may attend the meeting.
3. Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Lee County Department of Transporation will provide an update on the road paving project in suncoast using Community Development Block Grant Funding.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Port Commissioners of the Lee County Port Authority will meet in a Special Session in the County Commission Chambers at the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, beginning on Thursday, June 13, 2013, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., to resolve a Bargaining Impasse between the Lee County Port Authority and the Southwest Florida Professional Firefighters and Paramedics, Local 1826 (IAFF). Interested persons may attend the meeting. Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made at this meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be based.

COMMITTEE MEETING TO REVIEW AND EVALUATE
RESPONSES TO A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
LEASE OF LAND WITH U.S. 41 FRONTAGE FOR NONAVIATION COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AT PAGE FIELD (RFP #13-17)
A meeting of the Lee County Port Authority Staff Qualifications Committee will be held on June 14, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. to review and evaluate Proposals submitted in response to Port Authority Request for Proposals for Lease of Land with U.S. 41 Frontage for Nonaviation Commercial Development at Page Field (RFP #13-17).
The meeting will be held on the Third Floor Mezzanine in the Wright Brothers Conference Room at the Southwest Florida International Airport, located at 11000 Terminal Access Road, Fort Myers, Florida.
The meeting is open to the public, but public comment will not be solicited or entertained.
