·        Click on Tools and then choose Internet Options.

·        Click "Delete Cookies" then O.K.

·        Click “Delete files” (select the box beside "Delete all offline content")

·        Click O.K.

·        Click "Clear History."

·        Click "Yes".

·        Click OK to close the window.


Netscape

·        Clearing the browser's cache:

o       Click on Edit and then choose Preferences.

o       In the Preferences window, click on the arrow beside "Advanced",

o       Click on "Cache".

o       Click the "Clear Memory Cache" button.

o       Click OK.

·        Clearing the history files:

o       Click on Edit and then choose Preferences.

o       In the Preferences window, click on the arrow beside "Navigator",

o       Click on "History".

o       Click the "Clear History" button.

o       Click OK.


Macintosh:
Internet Explorer

·        Click on Explorer and then choose Preferences.

·        In the Internet Explorer Preferences window, expand "Web Browser" and then click on "Advanced".

·        Click "Clear History".

·        Click "Empty Now".

·        Click OK to close the window. 

Netscape

·        Clearing the browser's cache:

o       Click on Edit and then choose Preferences.

o       In the Preferences window, click on the arrow beside "Advanced",

o       Click on "Cache".

o       Click the "Clear Memory Cache" button.

o       Click OK.

o       Clearing the history files:

§        Click on Edit and then choose Preferences.

§        In the Preferences window, click on the arrow beside "Navigator",

§        Click on "History".

§        Click the "Clear History" button.

§        Click OK.
